Youth Collective Manipur (YCM), Sugnu Branch in collaboration with Debaters Union of Manipur (DUM) will be organising a State Level Open Debating Competition on October 31, 2021 at Sugnu Municipal Council Hall, Sugnu Bazar.
The topic of the debate is “Taking money and electing a representative of their choice is the correct way for voters” (Mikhal matamda mirepsingna yellkpa sel louraga apamba mirepta vote piba haibasi voter singi achumba khongthangni).
