All Tribal Students’ Union Manipur (ATSUM) congratulated and appreciated tribal folk musician and singer Rewben Mashangva and traditional bridal wear designer Hanjabam Radhe Devi on being conferred the prestigious Padma Shri Awards for their services to arts and bringing laurels to the state of Manipur.
Conferring two Padma Shri awards, one of the highest civilian Padma awards of India to the state natives is indeed a proud moment for the people of Manipur, ATSUM said and commended their contributions to the society and state at large and appreciated their distinguished services in the field of arts.
“We wish them all the best in their future endeavours,” ATSUM said in a statement.
