Zeliangrong United Front/ Zeliangrong Tiger Force (ZUF/ZTF) on Monday expressed sorrow over the untimely demise of “captain” (L) Thiupandai (also known as Apan) Panmei S/o Tingsanglung Panmei from Guainanglong (Oinamlong) village, Tamenglong district, Manipur.
ZUF, in a release, said that Thiupandai was suffering from prolonged piles-case, and was undergoing treatment under various doctors but succumbed on January 2, 2021.
Thiupandai Panmei served for “Zeliangrong nation” as captain in Zeliangrong Tiger Force (ZTF) with unwavering patriotism until his demise. For his selfless contribution toward the Zeliangrong national cause, his name will be recorded in the pages of Zeliangrong history and cherished by all, it added.
ZUF/ZTF also conveyed deep condolences to the bereaved family members and friends of Thiupandai Panmei and prayed to the Almighty God to grant his soul eternal peace.
