In a press conference, President of Tangkhul Naga Film Association (TNFA), Ravins YL stated that ” to promote the Tangkhul artist, we are organising Tangkhul Film Festival on 14-15 December 2023 at Ukhrul Headquarters, Manipur. To make this event a grand one, we have invited Sonam Topden to perform at the event. We have signed an agreement with Sonam Topden. We are also in the process of obtaining an agreement with Mahila Band from Nagaland.”
Ravins YL added that ” Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2019, Sylvia Adaphro, Miss North East India 2022, Chanchui Khayi, Padma Shree Awardee, Guru Rewben Mashangva and Ruparu Mr. India (Brand Ambassador), Lummi Awungshi will be some of the special guests during the event.”
