The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 1 pm at Tangkhul Naga Long Ground. The programme will be conducted by the president of TKS Shimri Raising and led by the executive secretary TBCA, Rev Mathotmi Vasha. Later, the body of the NSCN (I-M) leader will be buried at Tusom Christian Village, Ukhrul.

Former Kilonser, NSCN (I-M)’s Ministry of Information and Publicity (MIP) and also the executive member of the Steering Committee, V Horam, breathed his last on Wednesday morning at around 7.10 am at Zion
Hospital, Dimapur.
According to NSCN (I-M) source, late Horam (60) was undergoing treatment for kidney failure and other ailments and died due to multiple organ failures.
Late V Horam is survived by his wife, Susan Horam, and four children including two daughters and two sons.
A state funeral was accorded to late Horam at NSCN (I-M) Council Headquarters, Hebron, on Wednesday after which his body was taken to Ukhrul where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, 1 p.m. at
Tangkhul Naga Long Ground to be conducted by President, TKS, Shimri Raising, and led by the executive secretary, TBCA, Rev Mathotmi Vasha.
Later, the body of the NSCN (I-M) leader will be buried at Tusom Christian Village, Ukhrul.
It may be mentioned that late V Horam was well respected in his organisation for his convincing oratory skills and also known for his articulation and clarity of thought on all political issues.
