Fresh violence broke out in Torbung areas. Many houses were gutted down on the intervening night of May 13-14. Tension still prevails in the area supposedly sanitized by security forces. In the peripheral areas of Toronglaobi, residents complained that armed Kuki militants have constructed bunkers and opened fire towards Meitei village areas.
