Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSSLC) Examination 2022 under NBSE would begin from Tuesday till March 31.
A total of 17117 candidates would appear for the HSSLC examinations out of which 13,811 students are enrolled in Arts, 1157 students in Commerce stream and 2149 are enrolled in Science stream.
Out of the 17,117 candidates, 7860 are boys and 9257 are girls. They would appear the exams in 88 provisional centres across the districts and sub-divisions.
With the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) beginning from March 9, 30327 candidates would be appearing the examination from 135 provisional examination centres and four sub-centres. 1391 candidates would also be appearing the HSLC Compartmental Examination 2022 from 35 examination centres.
The Class XI promotion examination 2021 would also start from April 1 to 23. In this regard, the NBSE has appealed to all the candidates to wear masks, observe social distancing norms, and avoid contact with unknown persons to protect themselves. The Board also made an appeal to the parents and guardians to guide their ward on the important guidelines or SOPs. It further conveyed its best wishes to all the candidates appearing for the said examinations.
Meanwhile, Nagaland Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio has extended his best wishes to all the students in the state appearing for the HSLC and HSSLC examinations under NBSE.
