The National Investigation Agency on Thursday declared cash reward against these ten cadres of PLA and MNPF in connection with attack on the convoy of CO of 46 Assam Rifles on November 13 with arms and explosives, near Sialsih village on Indo-Myanmar road under Singngat Police Station of Churachandpur District, Manipur.
Declaring the ten militants of PLA and MNPF wanted by it, the NIA also released their photographs with cash rewards ranging from Rs 4 lakh to Rs 8 lakh.
Following the attack that claimed lives of five Assam Rifles personnel, including Commanding Officer, his family members and injured six Assam Rifles personnel, the NIA had registered a case under sections 121, 121A, 302, 307, 326 and 34 of IPC, Sections 10 and 20 of UA(P) Act, Section 25(1C) of Arms Act and Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act on November 27, 2021 and started investigation.

Sagolsem Inaocha @ Ranjit Naorem @ Inaocha @ Anganba Mongang, S/o S. Indra Singh, R/o Kakwa Naorem Leikai, PS-Singjamei, Imphal West; S/S Lt. Sanatomba, Tentha Village, District-Thoubal; S/S Lt. Khaba, r/o Either Khurai Area, PS-Porompat or Andro Area, PS-Andro; S/S Lt. Khwairakpa, r/o Bashikhong Area, Imphal East; S/S Lt. Nongyai @ Nongphai, Manipur (Address not known; S/S Cpl Joseph, Manipur (Address not known); S/S Lt. Rocky, R/o Huikap, Manipur; S/S Lt. Balin, Manipur (Address not known) and S/S Lt. Kanta @ Santa, Manipur (Address not known).
Cash reward of Rs 8 lakh was declared on S/S Lt. Col. Chaoyai and S/S Lt. Col. Sagolsem Inaocha, Rs 6 lakh on S/S Lt. Sanatomba and Rs 4 lakh each on the rest of seven militants.
