Responding to the NIA-sourced news report “China-Myanmar module of NSCN helped banned outfits in Manipur”, the outfit said, “What is going on now in Myanmar border with India is something that is exposing the hidden war or proxy war against the NSCN. Indian security forces consisting of AR and para-regiment are constantly raining bombs on NSCN position on a daily basis in the name of KNA (B).”

The National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN (IM) on Wednesday took a strong exception to the “NIA sourced report” that appeared in a reputed national daily on May 15 under the heading “China-Myanmar module of NSCN helped banned outfits in Manipur” and called it “outrageous NIA attack on the NSCN”.
Responding to the news report, NSCN (IM)’s MIP said that the report was not only misleading but cruel and vicious as it was too far from the point of accuracy and morally not ethical at all.
Maintaining that NSCN is sensitive to the propaganda war waged by the government of India against the NSCN who had signed the “Ceasefire” with the GOI and engaged political talks for the last 27 years, the outfit said, “Ironically GOI agencies keep hitting below the belt.”
Mincing no word to put on record that this was a “proxy war” of Indian security forces in the name of KNA (B) and the PDF against the NSCN (IM), the NSCN (IM) put the matter straight and said that the Naga army had not taken a single step to fight against the KNA (B) and neither it found the reason to go against the PDF.
“What is going on now in Myanmar border with India is something that is exposing the hidden war or proxy war against the NSCN. Indian security forces consisting of AR and para-regiment are constantly raining bombs on NSCN position on a daily basis in the name of KNA (B). The reason is not far to seek. The Indian security forces do not want Naga army to be stationed in the Myo Thit (Tab) area in Myanmar”, said the MIP, NSCN (IM).
The NSCN (IM) also went on to allege that things have become very clear that the Indian security forces were extending their logistics and material support to KNA (B) to wage war against the Meitei revolutionary groups stationed there and that these Indian security forces even allow the Kuki militant groups operating in Tengnoupal district, Manipur, to enter inside Myanmar and fight with the Meitei revolutionary groups.
“Nothing is left to doubt about the dubious role of Indian security forces as they use the Kukis as frontal forces to engage in bloody discord against the Nagas giving all logistic support to the Kuki militant groups”, the NSCN (IM) added.
The NSCN (IM) further said, “Deceitful as the Indian security forces, they have sealed off the international border along Namlee and Wanglee areas in Kamjong district, Manipur, allowing no one to enter and come out of Myanmar while also the CSOs were also put under heavy restriction(s).”
