Flow of the developmental fund to the Hills and Valley maintained consistency with some fluctuation during 2000-01 to 2020-21. Pattern of funding also reflects that the State Government played fair role for bringing development in Hills and Valley and towards narrowing the disparity, argues a paper by Dr Th Munindro Singh, Head, FTSU, Manipur Unit and former Director, Planning, Govt of Manipur (2020).
