With an aim to defend the youth who are being influenced by illicit substances, the Apunba Manipur Huyen Lalong Lup (AMHLL) is going to launch a campaign to teach Huyen Lanlong from the first week of February.
Briefing the media at the Manipur Press Club on Friday, AMHLL general secretary Sapam Inaobi lamented the youths of the state are being drowned under the influence of illicit substances day by day leading to forsaking of good behaviours. In order to save these youths, the campaign under the theme “Mayai kaba chinjaktagi lapthoktuna Huyen Lalong sindamlasi” is going to be conducted, he added.
He also informed that Huyen Lalong will be taught at free of cost at different leikais and amongst the Manipuri community at Cachar, Tripura and Bangladesh by opening new branches of the association. Different CSOs, clubs and organisations will also be part of the campaign, he added.
