Nungbi Khullen and its adjacent villages urged Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh for prompt action regarding the non-functioning of the 33/11KV Nungbi Khullen power sub-station.
A representation to Biren stated that the 33/11KV Nungbi Khullen power sub-station still remains non-functional even after its inauguration and promises of black topping ranging from playground to power house by power minister Th Biswajit on March 11, 2018.
It also said that there has been no power output till now, which ultimately reflects the testimony of the state government’s incompetence and negligence unless.
“Citizens of Manipur, regardless of the hills or valley have placed high regards and confidence in your good governance. In correspondence, Nungbi Khullen and its adjacent villages believe that assurance and spontaneous action will result at no time in the interest and welfare of the public at the earliest”.
The representation submitted to Biren Singh was jointly signed by Village Development Committee Nungbi Khullen chairman K Ringyangam and secretary Rawung Tangvah.
