A Pabung Outlet was inaugurated at Haobam Marak Keisham Leikai on Wednesday by Chief Guest of the day, Heikham Dingo Singh, Minister of Social Welfare, Skill, Labour & Employment, Entrepreneurship and Fisheries Departments, Government of Manipur. The event was also attended by S Kebi Devi, MLA, Naoria Pakhanglakpa, and AC, RK Taruni, Adukshya, Naoria Pakhanglakpa constituency as President and Guest of Honour respectively.
According to a press note issued by Keisham Beephin, MD of pabung.com, on the occasion, Heikham Dingo Singh acknowledged the growing popularity of the entity that is serving as the entry point for Manipur’s indigenous products to the world. He also lauded those behind the scene and said that this kind of work is the the best way to provide self-employment and self-reliance.
S Kebi Devi expressed her delight at the outlet’s opening in her constituency. She said she was willing to assist the efforts in any way she can.
RK Taruni, pleased that the Pabung outlet is in her locality, said that such outlets should be opened in every corners of Manipur.
