- The selection of the winner of the award will be made by a jury constituted by Eta for this purpose. The decision of the jury/Eta will be final and is not subject to appeal. Jury members will not be eligible for an award in the category that they are assessing, and will be required to declare and avoid any conflicts of interest.
- Nominees selected as winners will be expected to attend the awards ceremony to be held in Imphal, Manipur on 8th March 2022. If a person selected as winner is unable to participate in the ceremony, the jury may decide to revoke the selection and award another eligible nominee instead.
