The consensus for appointing the four as advisors was reached by the Executive Body through a virtual meeting on May 16, 2021.

Manipur Students’ Association Delhi (MSAD) has appointed four individuals as advisors to the student body for two years, 2021-2023.
The new advisors are:
- RK Jackson (Ph.D, Centre for Comparative Studies and Political Theory, School of International Studies, JNU, New Delhi. Member Election Committee, MSAD (2017-2018), MSAD volunteer since 2014.)
- Dolaipabam Muhammad Ali (MA Human Rights and Duties Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, (2018), MA Political Science, IGNOU, New Delhi. (Pursuing). Former finance secretary, MSAD (2015-16), returning officer Election Committee, MSAD (2017-2018), Former advisor, MSAD (2018-19))
- Laishram Ashok Singh (Ph.D, Centre For Political Studies, JNU, New Delhi. Former cultural secretary, MSAD (2011-12), chairperson Election Committee, MSAD (2019-2020))
- Chabungbam Babina Devi (Research Scholar, Centre for the Study of Social Systems, JNU, New Delhi MSAD volunteer since 2015.)
In a release, MSAD stated that the consensus for appointing the four as advisors was reached by the Executive Body through a virtual meeting on May 16, 2021.
