The Prophets from Mizoram was declared the winner of ShiRock 2022. Symphonic Illusion from Meghalaya and 1BHK from Manipur were declared the first and second runners up respectively

Monuments, a British progressive metal band formed in 2007 enthralled revellers and music lovers on the last day of ShiRock 2022 at Bakshi Ground, Ukhrul, Manipur. Hundreds of people who stayed back till the last day of the 4th edition of Shirui Lily Festival 2022 were swayed by the exhilarating performance of the band.
In the ShiRock 2022 band competition, The Prophets from Mizoram was declared the winner of ShiRock 2022. Symphonic Illusion from Meghalaya and 1BHK from Manipur were declared the first and second runners up respectively.
And the result for individual categories of ShiRock are:
1. Best vocal goes to Suraj Chingkheimayum of Aural Paradox
2. Best bassist goes to Jaye Haokip of Echoes of Mercy
3. Best guitarist was awarded to Donald Pheipi of Variation 4
4. Best drummer gies to Raegan Yumnam of Terra Progeny
5. Best keyboardist goes to Samuel of The Prophets
6. Best stage act goes to Symphonic Illusion band
She Chef competition
At the She Chef competition, Athini Teresa was declared the winner of SheChef 2022. Khayingwin Kashung Shimrah and Themyao Jajo was declared first and second position respectively.
In the Painting Competition Category -A (Open to all) under the theme “Conserve Nature to Conserve Life”, Thanpam Makang of Jesus Goodwill School, Ukhrul, Dijendra Laishram of Imphal Art College and Amanso Varam of St. Joseph College, Ukhrul was decalred first, second and.third postion holders respectively.
Essay Competition
Category – A under the Topic – Shirui Lily Festival – Balancing Festival & Conservation Effort ” Phameichui Y.L., Soreiphang Soro of St. Anthony’s College Shillong and Shanchuirin Zimik a UPSC aspirant was declared the first, second and third position holders respectively.
Category -B under the topic “Shirui Lily Festival – Challenges & Opportunities” Valemi Zingkhai of Alice Christian Higher secondary School, Ukhrul, Masotmi Mahungnao
Model High School, Ukhrul and Yaizori Lunghar of Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Ukhrul was declared the first, second and third position holders respectively.
Painting competition
Category – B under the theme “My Vision of Shirui Lily in 2030″ Sunaina Saikhom of Kendriya Vidyalaya Imphal, Brickrama Lourembam of Comprehensive School Imphal was declared the first amd second position holders respectively while Prudence Shimyaophy of JNV and SH Echen Devi of JNV was declared the joint third position holders.
