The Universe and Our Destiny, co-authored by father-son duo Thanzat Raingam (11 years) and Ranmung Raingam (father) was released by Utpalparna Hazarika (IRTS), Principal Chief Operations Manager, NF Railway at Luit Garh Railway Officers Club, Maligaon, Guwahati on August 28.
