NSCN (I-M) General Secretary, Th Muivah, who has been admitted at the Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research (CISHR) since Saturday evening is reported to be stable.
A source informed TFM correspondent that the leader who is kept in a room under observation is being taken care of and closely monitored by a team of doctors.
The source also informed that the state government, CMO Dimapur, and relatives are closely working together to ensure the best treatment is given to Muivah for his speedy recovery.
However, no visitors were allowed entry to the hospital to visit the NSCN (I-M) leader and enquire about his health condition following COVID-19 protocol.
It may be mentioned that Th Muivah was admitted Saturday night at the hospital following a complaint of “uneasiness” while on a normal check-up before his scheduled departure for Delhi on Sunday for a general medical check-up.
Muivah has a history of allergy (throat irritation) and was to consult an ENT doctor but due to the pandemic and also the call of the recently held core committee meet on Naga political issue, he postponed the consultations.
