Lords Infotech Management Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of NIIT/NITI Dimapur Center, celebrated its 25th anniversary on Thursday with team members and NEET-JEE students at the NITI Dimapur Center. The event reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to STEM education, free career guidance seminars, and scholarships for meritorious students in Nagaland.

Reflecting on the 25-year journey, Managing Director of NIIT/NITI Dimapur, Ajay Sethi, highlighted the company’s continuous evolution to meet changing educational and technological needs. Initially operating as a franchisee of NIIT Ltd. for 22 years, the company played a crucial role in IT education and IT-enabled services (ITES), extending its impact to schools, colleges, corporate training, and ERP systems. However, post-COVID-19, the company diversified its focus to cater to the growing demand for career-oriented education in medical and engineering fields.

To support aspiring Naga students, the company launched NITI (NEET-JEE) Academy, which has already earned a reputation for high-quality coaching with IITian faculties. Sethi emphasized that the academy is empowering students to pursue STEM careers while staying in Nagaland. Additionally, NITI Technologies, under the leadership of CEO Er. Rishav Sethi, has been actively developing mobile apps, websites, and software solutions, positioning NITI Nagaland as a leading brand in the region with expansion plans across the Northeast.

Looking ahead, the company is set to launch an Incubation Center to support local entrepreneurs, further strengthening Nagaland’s economic and educational landscape.

Ajay Sethi shared his vision for the company’s growth alongside Nagaland’s development. He highlighted Dimapur’s unique diversity, calling it a “mini-India,” and urged his team to maintain a balance of local and national expertise within their workforce. He also expressed gratitude to team members, partner institutions, ex-team members, family, friends, well-wishers, government departments, bureaucrats, advisors, ministers, and the State Bank of India for their unwavering support.

Messages of Appreciation

Nagaland MLA and Advisor for Industries & Commerce, Hekani Jakhalu Kense, extended heartfelt congratulations to Lords Infotech Management Pvt. Ltd. and the NIIT Dimapur Center/NITI Nagaland on this remarkable milestone. She commended Ajay Sethi’s journey from pioneering digital literacy at a time when IT was still in its infancy to producing thousands of skilled professionals and entrepreneurs.

“Consistent efforts in bridging the digital divide, especially through partnerships with schools, colleges, and government institutions, have played a pivotal role in creating opportunities for our youth across sectors and geographies,” she said. She added that institutions like NITI stand as shining examples of vision, perseverance, and impact in building a stronger, self-reliant Nagaland.

Meanwhile, Nagaland’s Advisor for Information Technology and Communication, Economics, and Statistics, Evaluation, H. Sethrongkyu Sangtam, also congratulated NIIT/NITI on its 25-year journey. He acknowledged the institution’s dedication to nurturing talent, fostering academic excellence, and equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in life.
