The faithful of various churches irrespective of denomination on Sunday offered special prayers for the success of Kho John, Independent Candidate of Outer-2 Manipur Parliamentary Constituency in the upcoming 18th Lok Sabha Election. They sought God’s intervention for the success of the election.
The Pastors, Catechists and the Priest led the prayers in their respective churches invoking blessings through prayers and fasting.
Kho John is a God fearing and faithful person, who sacrificed and worked in many noble causes and spearheaded numerous goodwill missions for peace and just among various communities in Manipur.
Kho John also called on Most Rev Dr Neli Linus, DD Archbishop of Imphal who prayed for him at Bishop House, Mantripukri, Imphal.
Bishop Rev Dr Neli Linus assured him of his constant prayerful support. He also advised him to continue to stand in integrity. He also wished him a success in his upcoming political endeavor.
