Oting Massacre: 13 civilians gunned down by security force personnel in Nagaland’s Mon district
Konyak Union informed that the armed forces ambushed the vehicle carrying wage-earners who were returning home to Oting village from a coal mine in Tiru area. Six of them died on the spot while seven others succumbed to injuries later.
