Justice Kotiswar is first SC judge from Manipur
Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh, who was born in Imphal on March 1, 1963, is the son of N Gomati Devi and the late Justice N Ibotombi Singh of the Gauhati High Court, who had held the position of Manipur's first Advocate General.
