KSO to block Moreh to Imphal road from June 6 against frequent transfer of Tengnoupal DC
Since its inception in 2016, Tengnoupal District has seen the change of DC nine times in just six years. This frequent transfer and posting of the DC are a hindrance to the development of the district, said KSO in a statement.
