The former FPS agents of the year 2020-2022 have appealed to the Deputy Commissioner of Ukhrul to release the outstanding balance by the month of March 2023.

Former FPS Agents of 44-Ukhrul Assembly Constituency of the year 2020 – 2022 have demanded for immediate release of margin money of NFSA from the period April 2021 to March 2022 and special package and transportation cost for the period of May 2020 to March 2022.
In a memorandum submitted to Deputy Commissioner of Ukhrul, the former FPS Agents consisting of 101 agents from 44-Ukhrul Assembly Constituency stated that ” we the former FPS Agents of the year 2020-2022 March, still have not received our outstanding balance for NFSA for the period 2021 April to 2022 March and respectively PMGKAY special package and transportation cost from May 2020 to March 2022. Whereas the recently appointed FPS Agents of 2023 have been compensated.” The former FPS Agent of the year 2020-2022 has termed this as an act of discrimination and have appeal the Deputy Commissioner of Ukhrul to release the outstanding balance by the month of March 2023.
The outstanding balance includes 12 months margin money under NFSA and 23 months special package and transportation cost under PMGKAY.
